Check if all connecting bolts are loose, especially the fixture installation location and sensor interface, to prevent abnormal data caused by vibration during testing. 3、 Circuit and sensor maintenance (monthly) After disconnecting the power supply, use dry compressed air to blow away the dust inside the control box, check if the wiring terminals are secure, and avoid poor contact. Sensors are core components that need to be handled with care and calibrated regularly (recommended once a year) to avoid sensitivity degradation caused by overload or collision. 4、 Software and Environment Management The operating software needs to regularly backup data and update official drivers to be compatible with the system. The equipment should be placed in a dry and electromagnetic interference free environment, with humidity controlled between 40% -70% and temperature maintained at 20 ± 5 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources. 5、 Long term discontinuation precautions If the equipment is idle for a long time, it needs to be covered with a dust cover and powered on once a month (for more than 30 minutes) to prevent electronic components from getting damp and aging. Fixtures and screws can be coated with rust proof oil to prevent rusting.
